**Recruitment Consultant **(WFH, Remote)**

We are looking for an energetic, motivated and independent individual to join the our team. The selected individual will work closely with the founders of the company in developing our client base and recruitment activities.

The role mainly includes:

- Developing connections and new sources of business and relationship management with existing accounts.
- Networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers
- Work with clients to understand their talent needs

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- Must have a CEI certificate
- At least 1 year of proven working experience as a Recruiter (in-house recruitment experience / agency background are welcome to apply)
- Familiarity with end to end recruitment lifecycle.
- Good communication skills
- Effectively communicate with all levels of client organizations, vendors and stakeholders

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
