- Job description**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- End-to-end recruitment for management level roles in Singapore
- Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity
- Provide support and best practice to all markets on how to effectively recruit senior leadership hires
- Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output
- Bring insights and best practice from the KF Executive Search Line of Business
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships and execute a plan with them for senior hires
- Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business and support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
- Talent mapping and identification

**Professional Experience**
- Experience recruiting in Life Science and leading key strategic hires at Management and C- level, RPO or internal with a global organization
- Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment
- Shown team working capability, strong stakeholder management and networking skills and experience in running high touch processes
- Experience with managing and partnering with senior leadership
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to lead through influence
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects
