**Responsibilities**:

- Identify key business objectives and align the delivery roadmap
- Leverage Web3 expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, including product and solution briefings and proof-of-concept work
- Lean process improvement mindset with a focus on increasing delivery predictability and transparency to stakeholders
- Work with development teams and other stakeholders to guarantee delivery of milestones according to planning (time and scope)
- Understand complex technical problems, identify risks and have the ability to generate solutions
- Manage, track and report issues across the Technology Operations and Product teams; and implement continuous improvements
- Assist the team in solving complex security problems with risk frameworks, solution architecture, and new control procedures
- Escalate concerns to Senior Management promptly regarding deficiencies in the Companys deliverables or Technology Operations that may result in negative feedback or financial penalties
- Implement best practice technology support systems and processes to ensure clients and internal staff have the best support to achieve their goals
- Identify system performance issues, devise improvements and help implement solutions
- Develop and enforce technology best practices across the organization and ensure strategies and processes support company-wide goals

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of active architecting experience with web3/blockchain
- Experience in full-stack development and smart contract/distributed app development through industry experience, hackathons, open source work, personal projects, or similar
- Experience with multiple private blockchain protocols
- Experience participating in crypto hackathons
- Knowledge of software architecture and design of smart-contracts ecosystem
- Solid understanding of crypto-economics/Tokenomics
- 7+ years of technical leadership and architecture experience in software development
- Ability to clearly explain and justify ideas when faced with competing alternatives to clients and senior team members
- Flexibility and creativity in solution design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Model for multiple clients across the globe
- Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control
- Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of DRP, IT Compliance and Data Protection best practices and legislation

**Other requirements are a plus**:

- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS)
- Experience with Microservices (architecture is a plus)
- Experience with database technologies (MongoDB)
- Experience with continuous delivery, and DevOps
- Proficient in dynamic languages (React.js and Node.js)
- Proficient in current development tools (Git, etc)
- Experience in DeFi (Decentralized Finance)
- Experience in DeFi Lending
- Creating Liquidation Engines / Bots
- Experience in Defi, Perpetuals, Single sided liquidity models
- Experience in NFTs / Proxy contracts
