Your responsibilities:

- Work with cross-functional key stakeholders to develop technology vision and product blueprint
- Lead continues delivery of long-term technical roadmap
- Set priorities, technical and business KPIs to drive growth and to ensure the stability and security of the product
- Own and maintain key technology-focused relationships, including vendors and auditors
- Deliver MVP and test product market fit, identify opportunities and risks, and drive product iteration
- Drive Web3.0 innovation and provide blockchain technology expertise
- Deliver business to business growth and use cases

A bit about you:

- Experience leading teams in the development of technology products as an architect/CTO or in a similar capacity
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the latest developments of blockchain technology & Decentralised Finance (DeFi) including smart contracts, developer tools, protocols, and platforms
- Strategic thinking to successfully implement a clear vision
- Excellent execution, with the ability to lead teams by example
- Top class management and communication skills
- Experience building FinTech products
- Founded a startup or have significant exposure to working in and with startups
- To handle European developments, clients and partners, an ability to speak German will be advantageous
