Blockchain System Architect

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain System Architect to join our core technical team and help build a high-performance public blockchain platform.

You will design, develop, and maintain the system, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.

The ideal candidate brings strong Java expertise, a solid background in distributed systems, and a passion for blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain core blockchain modules such as consensus algorithms, P2P networking, and virtual machines.
  • Participate in code reviews and architectural design discussions.
  • Stay up-to-date with open-source community projects and industry technology trends to drive innovation.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers to elevate the overall technical capabilities of the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of Java development experience; strong proficiency in Java and JVM internals.
  • Familiarity with common development frameworks.
  • Experience in distributed storage systems is a plus.
  • Solid skills in system architecture, issue troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in blockchain system development with deep knowledge of blockchain architecture, especially public chains is a bonus.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and self-motivation; a passion for continuous technical advancement.
  • Proficiency in English for seamless stakeholder communication.
