**Your Role**
- Design and architect scalable and secure multi-chain data pipelines that support flexible data queries from community, clients
- Research and collaborate with front end and backend engineers, and technical experts including advisors, partners, and auditors, to integrate best practices and architectural solutions for our multi-chain data analysis platform.
- Engage in stimulating technical challenges in topics such as distributed systems, blockchain/smart contract data indexing and on-chain behavior analytics.
- Liaise cross-functionally with Engineering and Research teams to align technical objectives and deliver great products for our audience and community.
- Ability to create cohesive proposals and technology roadmaps, bringing together technical teams, business teams, and the broader community around the vision and impact on Mantle products.
- Write code mostly in Javascript, Python, Rust with a strong emphasis on good design and performance
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including AMA audiences, blog readers, investors, and other partners.

**Your Craft**
- A resourceful approach when it comes to finding and evaluating new technologies, including engaging with external teams and communities.
- 6+ years’ experience in a software development, systems architecture or tech lead role
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution,continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Ability to lead technical teams comprising scientists, developers and business analysts

**Extra Credit**
- 4+ years’ past work experience in blockchain technology, smart contracts, token, NFT, DeFi, encryption, on-chain data analysis, or distributed peer-to-peer systems

Experience on coding in Go, node, Python, Rust and willing to pick up new languages in a short period
