**Duties & Responsibilities
**Reservations
- To handle flight reservations, tour reservations, consolidations and client guest’ customers enquiries
- To maintain a high-quality level of accuracy of all documentations. To ensure all payments are received promptly according to the bookings condition
- To monitor deposit and payment dateline
- To input/maintain any information relating to product in the system, i.e. allocations, changes in itinerary, special product notes etc
- To review the daily action reports, tour cancellation and amendment reports
- To monitor and control all documents stock which includes bags, wallets, name tags, tour vouchers and itinerary leaflets
- To prepare visa and necessary documentation for guests and agents prior to departure
- To assist the manager in reviewing and updating the reservations and operations procedures from time to time
- To liaise with all agents regarding their reservations and handle complaints with mínimal ramifications to the company’s integrity and professionalism
- To liaise with all agents on on-going changes

**Others**
- Any other related duties assigned from time to time

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 2years working experience in Travel and Hospitality or Luxury background chain industry
- Work under pressure and multi-tasks while maintaining professional rapport with clients
- Preferably with GDS experience
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Independent and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on weekends or public holidays during Roadshow
