
Part-time Call Centre Officer/coordinator

**Job Descriptions**
- Answering calls professionally and providing timely service requests.
- Recording calls' details and updating information to respective managers.
- Maintaining knowledge of products, services and company policies.
- Following scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent efficiency.
- Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
**Job Requirements**
- Only Singaporeans_**.**_
- Minimum "A" Levels and above.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and filing systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Working Hours:
- Must at least 1 weekend(s).
- 12 hours per shift, opening or closing.
- Office environment in HQ.
