Technology Manager - Your future position?
As a Technology Manager SEA with Givaudan, you will report to the Fragrance Regional Technology Head SEA. You will work with internal customers in fragrance development, perfumery and commercial organization and the technical and marketing functions of external customers. You will then identify, develop, and implement technology solutions and propositions that can meet and exceed consumers' unmet needs, and thereby customer expectations - in order to successfully drive Givaudan's fragrance technology adoption by FMCG customers into their marketplace products.

Core Responsibilities
Represent the Science & Technology function with internal customers (e.g. Perfumery, Development, Sales) to identify / develop / implement fragrance technology solutions addressing external clients’ needs.
Engage with Patent Group when IP potential identified.
Work closely with external FMCG customers to drive technical marketing / promotion of fragrance technology solutions
Independently plan, organise and execute complex technical projects for technology validation, customer marketing and trouble-shooting
Develop / coach direct or indirect reports with respect to functional competencies to build an efficiently operating group
Foster a culture of communication / information sharing / collaboration across local, regional and global internal functions
Promote and embed EHS guidelines / best practices

Required Experience & Knowledge
PhD, and/or University degree in relevant scientific discipline
Significant experience of fragrance and/or FMCG industries
Understanding of Fragrance Sciences (preferred)
Experience of working in an international environment
Project management experience
