**Roles Overview**

The IT Support Technician assists the Senior Operations Executives/Managers in the management of Dental and IT Equipment for the Advanced Dental Group.

This role is suitable for you if you enjoy hands-on work and gaining experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.

**Department Core Functions**:

- Management of Dental, IT, and Facilities infrastructure
- Respond to Clinic’s call for assistance with breakdown and ensure perform basic repair and general maintenance of Dental, IT, and Facilities infrastructure.
- Ensuring business continuity during the breakdown.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions and/or plan for resolution during the breakdown.
- Coordinate with contractors/suppliers for repair & maintenance work
- Provide instructions and training for end-users

**Performance Indicators**:

- Response time in handling calls for assistance.
- Display critical thinking in troubleshooting and resolution.
- Display independence in managing and reporting task updates
- Display initiative in managing tasks that directly contributes to the department’s KPI.
- Meticulous and attention to d with good troubleshooting ability
- Able to work well in a team and can communicate well within the department and with end-users
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to commit to standby and travel if required
- Able to commit to working in shifts

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent)
- Has working experience in troubleshooting technical or IT equipment
