Overview Our client is a leading provider of efficient errand services in Singapore, including document delivery, shopping assistance, and food delivery for both residents and businesses. They are seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain IT systems, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth operations. Role Overview As a IT Support Technician you will be providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring the IT infrastructure is running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment. Monitor system performance and ensure network security. Provide IT support to staff and assist with onboarding. Document IT support requests and resolutions. Assist with IT projects and upgrades as needed. Qualifications Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in IT support or similar technical roles. Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT systems management. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
