Work Location: To be confirmed

Salary Range : $3,000-$4,500

Time : 24 hrs rotating shift

Day : Mon-Sun including Public Holiday

Hours : 44 hrs per week

Mandays : 5.5 days per week

**Job Description**:
1. Lead Team

2. Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.

3. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely

manner.

4. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.

5. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
