We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes. You will process guest reservations, handle payments, and provide excellent support to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest check-ins and room assignments following our rate structures and accommodate special requests.
- Collect payment in compliance with cash handling and accounting policies.
- Answer enquiries about our services and attractions.
- Pre-register, block reservations, and perform night audits.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field.
- Required language(s): English, preferable one other spoken language.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a related field.
