The role incumbent is to be attached to a designated department or business to undertake any project works or daily duties as assigned by their supervising manager, in order to contribute to the broader team's work agenda; whilst to gain practical work knowledge of the general insurance industry.

Primary Responsibilities

1) be involve in business strategy planning and claim service process improvement initiatives

2) produce an end to end claim process mapping

3) identify potential areas of improvement via technology and system enhancement and/or automation

4) work together with Claims IT team to explore and deliver transformation initiatives

5) produce user training guide on the new system enhancement
