KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage internal and external recruitment- Manage talent mapping and talent pipeline in-market- Identify continuous improvement opportunities across talent- Support local HR Strategic Agenda- Work with HR Business Partners and Talent Management team to deliver workforce plans, determine key roles that require short-term and long-term talent pipeline and create internal and external talent pools- Own and manage the internal and external Talent sourcing channels and educate business and HR leaders on the various sources of Talent and how to optimize these according to specific Talent needs; lead the internal activation of key internal and external channels such as Be Resourceful, Flex and LinkedIn- Lead the local TA team and work with the Recruitment Analyst and Talent Sourcer in the Regional Operational Hub in delivering excellent Talent performance results: speed on Time to Offer Acceptance, reduce Hard To Fill Roles, and Employee Index Score of 4 out of 5- Participate in company’s strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement- Senior Appointments: Responsible for executive recruitment- Mid-Career Appointments: Responsible for recruitment of selected functions- Lead Global Project /Restructures e.g. Utmost and JML- Bring external market insights and data to shape hiring strategies- Is an advocate of ED&I and deliver the local diversity hiring targets for the market- Standards of Leadership: Strong leadership skills: Personal Mastery, Sense of Purpose & Service, Talent Catalyst- Customer-centricity - being of service to others is their passion - strong customer-focus and high levels of empathy are key in this role- Drive for Process Excellence & Innovation- Vendor relationship/management- Communication planning and Change Management experience- Team leadership & influencing - bringing the best out of people- Strong business acumen
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent- 6 years of relevant experience as Talent Advisor and/or HRBP within a matrix organization; 2+ years as Team Lead- Has a genuine passion for Talent Acquisition and demonstrated track record in delivering Talent Management solutions that drive business performance- Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively- Excellent negotiation skills- Ability to work independently- Genuine interest in new technologies and tools and tech savvy- Strong organisation skills as well as attention to detail and diligence- Sound knowledge of talent market is preferable
