We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, developing case studies, and promoting our comprehensive suite of travel services. Your primary responsibility will be to bring in new clients across various sectors and effectively pitch our services while managing stakeholder relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients within the corporate, leisure, luxury, and visa services sectors. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.

**Client Pitching**: Conduct compelling and persuasive presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's services and value propositions.

**Stakeholder Management**: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers and industry contacts, to enhance business opportunities and long-term partnerships.

**Case Study Development**: Liase with various key leaders in internal departments to create and maintain a portfolio of case studies highlighting successful client engagements and travel experiences to support sales efforts.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and market activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**Revenue Growth**: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling a diverse range of travel services to both new and existing clients.

**Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and packages to clients, enhancing their travel experiences.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the travel industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder management experience is a must.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies.
- Familiarity with the travel industry and various travel services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel, as required.
- Reporting experience

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
