Responsibilities:_**
- Attend to walk in customers, receive carpets, take pictures, mesaure and record down the measurements, record any defects, stains. Work along with our workshop Specialist & inform customers after the carpets been cleaned.
- Able to count tasks performed by staffs and issue invoice to customer accurately
- Collect payment and chase payment/Manage receivable account by using accouting system
- Record payments in the accouting system and update aging
- Record all job orders into the Customer Tracking System
- Attend to customer's queries (Will be trained in product knowledge)
- Assist Manager to plan work schedule
**_Salary, Benefits & Work Schedule:_**
- Mon to Fri 0800 to 1745 hrs
- 10 days annual leave + 1 day capped at 18 days
- Medical & Hospitalisation Leave in accordance to MOM regulations
- Birthday Off
- Salary range from $2,200 to $2,700 (if able to perform all the above or JD will offer the max neg)
- At least 2 years continuation of employment in one company
- Retention bonus $300 to $500 after 6 motnhs
