Customer Service Officer

After-sales service
- Provide after-sales service support to existing customers, such as the schedule of troubleshoot date, maintenance and repair of the sold products.
- Corrective actions to ensure customers’ satisfaction, resolve technical product-related issues and write customer summary reports.
- Performs administrative tasks to support the sales team
- Respond to customer complaints and queries and will ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status.
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams.
- Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors.
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
