**What the role is**
- Assists General Manager (OTH) and work with Deputy Director (Facilitiies Management, ICH) in planning, implementation and control of facilities management, maintenance and operations of OTH.
- Oversee the day-to-day FM operations at Our Tampines Hub (OTH)
- Plan, implement, monitor and review the facilities maintenance programmes, standards, polices in accordance to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Prepare, control and review the operating and capital expenditure budgets including Maintenance and Sinking Funds.
- Ensure compliances with Government procurement and financial procedures including goods receipt, certification and timely payment.
- Ensure physical infrastructure and facilities / services are well maintained and meet safety standards / code compliance for community use.
- Establish and monitor the performance standards of consultants, managing agent and term contractors and ensure quality service standards are met.
- Facilitate Work Requests, Additions & Alterations (A&A) Works, Improvement Works and Cyclical Maintenance Programmes (CMP)
- Reporting e.g. Bi-monthly report to Adviser, IPOG, Advisory committees and GRC Meetings.
- Assist Asset Management in oversee the fitting out and re-instatement of tenanted areas.
- Ensure proper and full archive of essential data, information, authorities approval etc for reference, audit and future development of buildings.
- Develop and build internal capabilities for facilities management and maintenance.
