**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary ranges, and industry best practices to drive the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to streamline the recruitment workflow.
- Stay updated on recruitment technology and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on Japan or Japanese market.
- Deep understanding of the local labor market, employment laws, and cultural nuances in Japan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage a high volume of recruitment activities.
- Fluency in Japanese and English languages (both written and spoken).
- Comfortable with work from home arrangement
