Thales today employs over 2,100 people in Singapore across all its business areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in d efining Transformation strategy with top management and lead projects in the AGS Operations perimeter: 6 factories in 6 countries.
- Lead transformation projects in the different factories and departments (APRUs, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Quality).
- Responsible for transformation team and coordination of transformation worldwide network.
- Participation of AGS Operations animation plan definition & improvement (COMOPS, SIM).
- Responsible of digital product (roadmap definition, team animation, worldwide deployment, communication plan).
- Participates in different Thales network: Lean, Industry 4.0, FLX transformation.
- Transformation projects have an important impact to achieve key performance targets: Customer satisfaction, Leadtime reduction, Quality, Safety, People Engagement and competitiveness.
- Transformation manager works closely with factory directors, Supply Chain, Process engineering Digital Lab and Quality to influence and engage them in the different projects.
- Develop real time KPIs & follow the benefits of projects on customer experience and key operations performances (Safety, Quality, Leadtime, Cost, People)
- Develop a result-oriented culture to demonstrate projects efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or Business
- Experienced in Industry environment (production or service).
- Experienced in Lean practices and/or digital transformation.
- Experienced in transversal project with change management.

**Other Information**:

- Business travels can be expected.
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
