The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT governance and leadership, with a strong background in IT service delivery, focusing on transformation and operational centralization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategy to centralize IT service operations.
- Lead proactive monitoring to prevent issues from impacting business operations.
- Standardize infrastructure management across networks, servers, and cloud environments.
- Establish frameworks, policies, and performance metrics for service operations.
- Collaborate with leaders, vendors, and teams to drive transformation and secure buy-in.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery with senior leadership transformation experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, and service governance frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading centralization and IT service optimization initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to influence stakeholders.
- ITIL certification required; Lean Six Sigma and COBIT certification are advantageous.
