**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Create and curate compelling content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Copywriting and conceptualisation of social media posts
- Managing social media accounts, including design, photo & video shoot etc
- To launch different marketing campaign to generate leads and create brand awareness

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience mínimally 1 year working in social media management, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for baking and food-related content is a plus.

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
