**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Business Manager in overseeing and executing sales activities and strategies.
- Streamline processes to improve the section's productivity and efficiency.
- Serve as primary customer contact; manage negotiations, queries, and documentation.
- Conduct meetings with customers, including potential travel.
- Collaborate with QA, logistics, and partners for seamless sales operations.
- Track sales performance, forecast trends, and assist with budget preparation.
