We have identified an opportunity for Regional Operations Lead to join us in a vital and key management position. This is a critical, client-facing role within the client account team and reports directly to the Regional Business/Production Lead for the client account. The position will require regular liaising with global client stakeholders.

**Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations across respective region
- Manage operational design / modifications to WoWs for the regional teams
- Work closely with other Regional Ops Leads to implement operational design / modifications to WoWs
- Client interface for operational discussions and escalations
- Develop strong relationship with Finance & Procurement at the client and within the Groupe, to deliver fit for purpose team models and clear SOWs across all regions
- Ensure the network operation is connected and running efficiently and effectively for their region
- The role involved working with multiple partners to ensure all production work is connected and optimised.
- Regional & Global client teams
- Creative agencies
- Media agencies
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to add value to the development or execution of production projects for their region
- Owns the regional operational roadmap and hold all parties to account when things change or are unachievable
- Identify skill gaps, efficiencies and make recommendations for continuous improvements across the hubs
- Ensure production is running in the most efficient and optimised way through processes and systems that give us freedom to produce the best work

**Requirements
- 10+ years experience in an operations, production or finance capacity within pharmaceutical marketing strongly preferred
- 5+ years process improvement and change management experience strongly preferred
- Experience influencing teams and stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment
- Deep understanding of the processes used to deliver work for our clients including med legal review and regulatory requirements
- Deep understanding of how production, financial and talent systems work together to support delivery of work
