Executive Officer/assistant Manager

**What You’ll Do**:
- To manage a team of colleagues and oversee the various operational teams (Reception, meeting rooms, mailroom, pantry and despatch)
- Assist in the day-to-day corporate services operations consistent with the organizational procedures and direction
- Maintain office efficiencies by organizing procedures, overseeing and stock taking of inventories and supplies
- Event management which includes handling pre-event preparation, onsite management and post event management for corporate events
- Assist in hospitality such as assigning duties, receiving guests, seating plan arrangements, refreshment etc.
- To manage season carpark & carpark clearance matters
- Assist in department budget exercises and manage cost centres
- Maintain office workstations, layouts, and allocation of office spaces
- Provide general office administrative support in department matters
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
**What You’ll Need**:
- Degree in Business or any related disciplines
- Good oral and written communication skills
- A team player with a positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines
