**Company Overview**:
Delightech New Energy is a subsidiary of DFD New Energy (A-share listed), focusing on the development and commercialization of advanced lithium battery solutions for Southeast Asia. As we expand our presence in the region, we seek a dynamic and detail-oriented **HR & Finance Manager**to support our Singapore operations and regional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources (HR)**:

- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave administration, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s MOM regulations, employment laws, and company HR policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and internal controls aligned with group standards.
- Support organizational culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with external payroll providers and HR consultants as needed.

**Finance & Accounting**:

- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.
- Responsible for month-end closing, financial reporting, and preparation of management accounts.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for statutory filings (e.g., GST, IRAS, ACRA).
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure internal control procedures are followed.
- Prepare financial projections, cash flow analysis, and assist in budgeting processes.
- Work closely with HQ finance team in China for group reporting and consolidation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in SMEs or regional subsidiaries.
- Familiarity with Singapore tax and employment regulations.
- Proficient in Xero / QuickBooks / MYOB and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking HQ colleagues).
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ACCA / CPA qualification (partial or full) is an advantage.
- Experience in energy, manufacturing, or high-tech industries preferred.
- Familiarity with cross-border reporting and intercompany transactions is a plus.
