**Overview**:
The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization while also assisting with various human resources tasks. This role involves performing a wide range of administrative duties, managing HR-related processes, and supporting employees with their needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- HR operations which includes recruitment, onboarding, training & development, benefits management and exit management;
- Assist on p-filing and maintenance of HRIS database; and
- Involve in ad hoc projects and administrative duties.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resource or equivalent;
- Preferably with 1-2 years experiences in HR generalist role;
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation;
- Resourceful, proactive, able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team; and
- Tech savvy would be an advantage.
**Job Specifications**:
- Working Hours: Weekdays, 8am - 5pm.
