**Position: Head of Product & Pricing**
As the Head of Products & Pricing, you will lead a team of Pricing Actuaries and Product Managers, overseeing the product and pricing strategy and execution for General Insurance retail products. This includes development of technical pricing models, portfolio management and analysis, as well as managing the technical aspects of product performance and portfolio strategies.

**Responsibilities**
- Product Development & Owner - Owner of product development and clarification matters to external (distribution partners) and internal (distribution, IT/operations, finance, legal/compliance) stakeholders.
- Technical Pricing - Drive continuous innovation and enhancement of technical pricing models, methodologies, and sophistication. Includes managing any actuarial software integration with core business systems. Primary focus on Motor and Retail Lines, with experience is commercial lines highly valued.
- Portfolio Management - Drive regular product performance and monitoring to support portfolio management decisions, including competitor analysis, and understanding and establishing product’s unique selling points and market positioning.
- Business Support - Provide ad-hoc technical support on various business opportunities to the leadership team, on topics such as pricing, underwriting and product terms and conditions.
- People Manager - Lead a team of Product Managers and Pricing Actuaries in developing new products from end-to-end, including but not limited to product design, developing premium rates, creating policy wordings, and determining underwriting rules.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
- Full actuarial qualifications (FCAS, FIA, FIAA or equivalent), or partial qualification, would be an advantage.
- 10-15 years of working experience in Actuarial/GI Pricing. Primary focus on Motor and Retail Lines, with experience is commercial lines highly valued.
- 5-7 years of experience via SAS and GLMs (via Emblem) required.
- Experience with Radar Base and Radar Live integration preferred.
- Familiarity with P&C market and Actuarial methodologies, primarily pricing. Strong analytical problem-solving skills, effective communication, change management ability, and good interpersonal skills for promoting an inclusive team culture.
