Talent Management Manager

This position will involve a diverse range of global HR responsibilities and projects with a primary focus on developing practical strategies and solutions that align with Talent Management objectives. One of the main responsibilities will be leading initiatives to enhance the integration of global talent programs with regional operations.
Job description
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Group HR colleagues to develop and improve talent management frameworks, programs, and processes for the global talent pool.
- Plan and execute annual global talent reviews and regional talent development council discussions.
- Identify development needs, analyze data and gaps, and design programs to foster career growth and strengthen talent pipelines.
- Provide guidance and implement various talent management phases, including succession planning, performance management, talent pipelines, and career pathways.
- Manage talent processes such as internal resourcing, short-term international development experiences, management associate programs, and global champion awards.
- Create and facilitate talent engagement forums, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions.
- Ensure alignment across business units by cascading talent frameworks and implementing an integrated approach to talent management.
- Advise business and HR leaders on developing regional or business unit-level talent programs aligned with the company's strategy.
- Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics and data related to global talent and other HR initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and manage talent technologies and systems.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance brand presence, attract and select talent, and improve talent engagement.
- Support workshops, team-building events, organizational development initiatives, campus engagement, and employee relations events as needed.
- Assist in drafting internal and external communication materials.
**Requirements**:
- More than 6 years of relevant experience in various areas of talent management, including talent strategies, talent assessments, succession management, workforce analytics, and talent management.
- Familiarity with current and emerging talent management tools and resources for talent development.
- Proficient in delivering effective presentations and facilitating discussions with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates integrity and maturity in handling confidential information.
- Experience in implementing organization-wide changes and good organizational skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, capable of working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and take initiative, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Functions well as an individual contributor and as a team player, with a flexible and creative approach.
- Ability to travel when required.
