**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business partners and leaders to design and implement Talent Management Plans. This may include succession plans, leadership and individual development planning, short and long-term strategic org design, recruiting goals/plans, and team effectiveness strategies
- Identify critical workforce requirements (e.g. skills, competencies and performance outcomes) necessary to achieve current and future business results
- Develop and manage performance review processes and tools (e.g. goal setting, performance evaluation and calibration, process and results documentation, etc.)
- Link individual and team performance results to rewards, promotions and development opportunities
- Create performance frameworks (e.g. balanced scorecards, key performance inidcators, etc.) to align individual and team goals with organization objectives and business results
- Train people managers to reinforce the importance of employee development, rewarding high performance and addressing under performance
- Develop and monitor performance management metrics (e.g. alignment between rating and compensation decisions, compliance with goal setting and review processes, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management or related field
- Ability to work both independently and with multiple stakeholders at different levels in the organization
- Minimum of 7 years in Learning & Development with at least 3 years of impacting business through Leadership and Organizational Development
- Experience creating and facilitating learning and development programs using adult learning theories and experiential learning concepts
- Ability to motivate, coach and build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent team collaboration and the ability to establish positive working relationships across the organization
- Excellent ability to manage and influence change
