Executive - Pricing & Quotation (Revenue & Funnel

**Job Purpose**

**Key Result Areas - Activities & responsibilities supporting each area
**Process Control**
- Assist in manage all sales-related processes, systems and documents to ensure standardization and efficacy
- Identify sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Administer and update process guidelines and forms to ensure process efficient and standardization of data
- Assist and support in collection of data for dashboard

**Quotation & Tender Management**
- Coordinate and/or prepare quotation and tender documents and order acceptance in accordance with agreed priorities and timeframe
- Maintain cost and list price matrices to deliver consistent and timely customer quotations
- Coordinate the preparation of RFQ and tender in accordance with established priorities and policies

**Sales Order - Acceptance & Confirmation**
- Ensure alignment between Customer Purchase Order and quotation
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the timely order acceptance process
- Identity and resolve all issues related to order acceptance process
- Improve communications with customer and first-pass yield for sales order processing by administering the sales order confirmation process

**Customer Contracts Management**
- Maintain risk management controls and processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks in relation to all commercial contracts and agreements
- Review legal documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreement, in relation to all commercial contracts and agreements
- Record and document all customer contracts and principal agreements

**Demo Asset Control and Management**
- Manage demo assets through the identification and analysis of appropriate KPIs and drivers, in order to optimize demo asset levels, Increase demo asset productivity and utilization
- Prevent /minimise obsolescence and waste
- Strengthen principal relationship & engagement

**Pricing Management**
- Coordinate pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, logistics, and medical specialty care to tabulate deal-specific cost of sales
- Compute and maintain selling prices in a timely fashion
- Govern and administer selling pricing with discount limits to ensure compliance with established guidelines, policies and procedures

**Support Country Transformational Project**
- Assist in provide pro-active follow-up and support on the day-to-day coordination and implementation of the country project activities following result-based management;
- Assist in supporting the project manager with early identification of challenges & bottlenecks, and proactively address those by seeking necessary support internally and partnering with local stakeholders;
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or as a proactive necessary contribution to the success of the project.

**Work Experience & Qualification**
- Recognized Diploma / Degree in Business related fields
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in basic analytics and dashboard with Power Bi will be advantageous.
