**About the team**
Growth & Revenue Systems in Strategy & Operations is a new team focused on driving experimentation across marketing, sales, and product to accelerate growth, and innovating on core revenue systems (CRM, Marketing automation) to maximise effectiveness of our teams. We are a mixed group of colleagues spanning commercial, engineering, data, and marketing passionate about driving rapid impact. We leverage data insights, sharp problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business to optimize processes, identify growth opportunities, and ensure Airwallex operates efficiently and effectively at scale.
**What you’ll do**
We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join our expanding Growth & Revenue Systems team. Reporting to the Director Growth, Revenue Funnel, your role is to find and work on opportunities to grow Airwallex faster, accelerate customer acquisition by identifying opportunities in the revenue funnel for improving pipeline generation and conversion across across inbound and outbound sales motions.
This role is based in Singapore.
**Responsibilities**:
- Thinking holistically across the end-to-end customer journey to develop hypothesis on accelerating pipeline generation, improving sales velocity and conversions- Understand current sales process, CRM system, sales tools and policies to map current sales and marketing funnel- Leverage data and commercial acumen to Identify gaps in current process, research best in class alternatives, design suitable process to improve sales efficiency- Design and execute tests through iterative hypothesis-driven experimentation to address key gaps and friction points- Working with regional sales, revenue operations, marketing, and data science teams to deploy/execute improvements, ultimately driving revenue outcomes for Airwallex- Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
**Who you are**
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
**Minimum qualifications**:
- 5+ years in top-tier management consultancy- Exposure to revenue / sales operations in a B2B environment- Top notch quantitative and communication skills for senior executives- Previous Fintech, startup and/or experience working in a Growth function are a plus
