- Prepare deliveries according to instructions given by Company / Customers
- Prepare all shipping documents (D/O, Commercial Invoice, Packing List) for all types of deliveries (Revenue Sales / Warranty Orders)
- Filling of documents after shipments for Sox Audit / LC Preparation & POD (Proof of Delivery) from Forwarders
- Execute approved shipment requests and provide “Advance shipping documents”
- Prepare Shipping Documents in ERP (Oracle System) for export shipment
- Provide Pictures, Certificate of Origin, Cargo details upon request from KNS-CSR for export Shipment
- Entry of Shipment details in Customer Website if required
- Liaise with Customer Service Representatives, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, shipping companies and warehouse personnel on delivery status / shipment schedules

**Job Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of Shipping related experience.
- Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain / Shipping Management with 2 years’ experience
- Secondary School Education with 2 -4 years’ experience in Shipping Management
- ITE / N Levels 1 - 2 years’ experience in Shipping Management
