**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with forwarder, internal and external stakeholders to manage import container clearance, make sure the process is smoothly carried out without delay and congestion in warehouse.
- Collaborate with the forwarder, shipping line, and procurement team to determine any container charges incurred during the return to the port with forwarder, shipping line, procurement team for container charges if any when return them to port.
- Coordinate with transporter and MY warehouse to arrange delivery and transfer stock between different warehouses.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to handle import and export shipment.
- Manage forwarder and transporter performance to achieve competitive cost and superior service.
- Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Plan and schedule out-going delivery order in zoning routes for lorry driver.
- Carry out administrative duties, organize and maintain documentation records (including data entry, documents distributions/collection/filling, eg IQC, QQIS, Containers unloading updates etc).
- On time submission of monthly report to HOC.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties/ task assigned by Superior.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Education Required:

- Min Nitec, Secondary School GCE “O” Level or relevant industry.
- Experience Required:

- Min 2 years’ experience in Logistics admin or in the related field.
- High personal, professional ethics at work.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
- A team player, flexible and be readily adaptable to changing conditions and demands.
- Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mind set.
