**About the role**:
As our Staff Product Designer, your role will be a mix of design craft, process review and improvement as well as mentoring the Product Design team. This role entails a healthy mix of people management, stakeholder management, project management, design, research, and high-level thinking that is needed for this role.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited about working in a fast-growing environment to bring our interface to the next level and is passionate about building products that last.

**What You'll Do**:

- Help to define and improve the interface and experience of Oddle products
- When necessary, lead design work across multiple projects and help other Product Designers break down designs into actionable steps
- Drive improvements to our design system, processes, tooling and the product’s overall visual design to achieve design scalability
- Demonstrates, emits and teaches others understanding of UX design (eg information architecture, multi-step and cross-platform flows) and Visual Design
- Mentor designers on the most available deliverables and approaches at each stage of validation and support their growth through mentoring and coaching
- Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to design and ship high-quality product improvements

**Who You Are**:

- At least 5+ years working as a professional product designer with some mentorship experience in helping other product designers grow their skills
- Solid visual awareness with an understanding of basic design principles like typography, layout, composition, and colour theory
- Passion for creating visually pleasing and intuitive user experiences
- Experience working with quantitative and qualitative research including usability testing, analytics, user interviews, and A/B testing
- Experience in defining guidelines and best practices that will inform how teams design and build products
- Experience providing thoughtful, direct, and clear design feedback
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with different stakeholders
- Experience in utilizing collaboration tools such as Miro, Figjam, Notion & etc.
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch & etc.
