We are looking for a A+ Business AML Compliance Officer to support our A+ AML Team in Singapore.

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, hard-working compliance professional to join Ant Group. This person will primarily act as an AML advisor to the A+ business (including Alipay+ Cross-border Payment Services and Merchant Acquiring Business), and work closely with the business and AML Product/Tech to ensure AML controls are appropriately implemented before new business goes live.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the business to conduct AML risk analysis for new business or initiative
- Lead the planning and establishment of AML capabilities including on-boarding system, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring capabilities for A+ business
- Work closely with relevant Entity AML Compliance Officers (AMLOs) to understand the regulatory requirements, status of system capability in relevant entities, identify the gaps if any, and propose the requests for system building or enhancement to relevant teams
- Collaborate with AML middle office and technology team to raise the system requests and to convert the business requests into product requests Assist the Entity AMLOs with the AML operation and link up with the business in case of any escalation

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of AML experience with a payment service provider, money service operator (MSO), fintech companies or financial institutions
- Those who have engaged in AML advisory, and KYC/CDD are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with colleagues across regions and business units
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with the skills to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving and project management capabilities
- CAMS or ICA qualified will be given the priority
