Hiring company is an international public listed company with leading technologies, products and solutions in the Wafer Mounting Machines to meet customer needs in semiconductor industries.

JOB TITLE**:REGIONAL TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER**

Reports to: Lead Service Engineer

Location: Singapore, Kallang

Products: Equipment in _**back grinding, dicing of wafers and die bonding of chips**_

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Perform and assist with coordination, any assigned service job (ie: equipment service, installation, de-installation, training and buy-off)

2. Receives & responds to customer verbal and written inquiries on technical matters

3. Coordination with Sales / Admin Dept. on spare part /machine claim, spare part purchase order matters and additional information needed by customer

4. Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management as needed or requested

5. Establish spare part pricing, provides quotation for spare part / machine / modification / engineering charges

6. Creating new processes, work on existing processes and revise them if necessary to make improvisation

7. Manages or directly works on assigned projects

8. May perform general functions not listed

9. Develop strong customer relations at technical level

10. As dedicated Demo machine ownership requested to maintenance machine performance, perform preventive maintenance, and manage the machine spare parts

**ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES**
1. Source spare parts locally

2. Maintain the assembly, spare part and compressor room

3. Assist in establishing spare part pricing

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- FIELD SERVICE EXPERIENCE in the Semiconductor or related Engineering background
- Experience in Electronics / Mechanical field
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Semiconductor Equipment service support are welcome to apply
- Advantage if have service experience in Wafer manufacturing industry
- Computer literate and proficient in writing reports
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Must be able and willing to travel at short notice & work at customer’s overseas factories for 2~3weeks for equipment support
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive learner and self-motivated
- Positive attitude

**QUALIFICATIONS **_ **(Academic/Professional)**_
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,300.00 per month
