We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Digital Manager, Wholesale Digital Channels.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Support delivery of HSBC’s customer facing digital channels, propositions and capabilities in a manner that is sufficiently flexible, scalable, simple and consistent in meeting the needs of both global and local businesses
- Support regional digital initiatives focused on real time payments, clearing / payment schemes, design alignment with global build, synergy across markets countries and partner with product & country managers
- Drive the value proposition, positioning HSBC as a leading provider of digital services across the various customer segments that we serve
- Steer prioritization of annual tech budget to ensure the regional business objectives are well represented
- Work across country program working groups steering committee meetings (as required), provide stakeholder updates
- Contribute and deliver to business initiatives in alignment with HSBC’s strategic objectives
- Close working relationship with functional partners across Product, Sales, Service and Information Technology to develop & manage the strategic roadmap, research & evaluate industry trends and best practices
- Support the development and distribution of digital business analytics, including analysis and reporting.
- Actively engage with and lead project team on implementation, release management, upgrades and user acceptance testing.
- Provide assistance for the overall management of existing and future digital channels including performance, compliance and audits
- Prepare business justification, requirements, launch plans and identify internal communication and training needs for client facing staff

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Cash Management / Transaction Banking products and services, specifically in digital channels, platforms and ecosystems in the Commercial / Institutional Banking space
- Experience in business management, governance, risk mitigation and process improvement
- High level of business acumen and commercial awareness, together with a sound knowledge of the full range of transaction banking value drivers
- Complex and analytical reasoning along with technical and computer skills
- Comfortable in working with virtual and cross border remote teams
- High level of oral and written communication skills including public speaking and good relationship management skills
- Advanced presentation skills, ability to create strategic papers and articulate the business vision
- Demonstrated ability to accomplish projects with little or no supervision
- Ability to make practical and timely decisions and explain reasoning for the decisions
- Proactively looking for innovative ways to change the approach via digital to improve customer service and drive digital acquisition
