*** What you’ll be doing...**

When the clients you support need an advocate and trusted advisor, you'll be there to solve their problems and own the overall relationship. Your work will focus on aligning our services with the business goals of your clients and drive win-win opportunities for all parties. You will play a pivotal role in driving the happiness and retention of your clients. As part of a fast-paced, results-oriented team, you will also collaborate with other functional teams.
- Establishing a strong advisory relationship with client management to understand their needs and align our products and services.
- Developing client plans with goals and key performance indicators and monitoring progress.
- Serving as an advocate for client needs and issues across the company and ensuring effective resolution.
- Designing and implementing activities to continually improve the value and impact of our products and services.
- Identifying and developing opportunities to expand the client's use of products and services and deepen our relationship.

You will own our relationship with one or more strategic clients who operate large, highly secure corporate, and e-commerce systems. Working with small teams of client delivery employees, you will deliver projects, maintain operational stability and ensure overall client satisfaction. The strategic relationships you develop with clients, third-party vendors, and service delivery partners will be critical to our overall success.
- Administering and coordinating contractually required activities associated with invoicing the customer and manage their billing hierarchy
- Working with the Program Management Office to coordinate financial reporting and keep reporting data in sync between the functional areas.
- Providing monthly reports as contractually defined, coordinating resolution/reconciliation of all billing issues relating to the Verizon managed service solutions, and providing monthly reports in support of invoices based on client defined requirements and present quarterly financial review, including revenue tracking
- Maintaining a strong working understanding of the contract as it applies to all financial matters.
- Hosting regular meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders.
- Driving the ongoing optimization of the activities developed for this role, working to automate as much as possible and manage Electronic Data Interface.
- Managing incremental billing projects such as billing migrations, rate changes, and contractual credits.
- Managing billing OAIs to completion.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

You'll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in client relationship management.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- A degree.
- Five or more years of experience.
- Experience growing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Worked previously in the telecommunications industry.
- Experience in closing sales at a management level.

You’ll also need:

- Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese.

Also better if you have one or more of the following:

- Advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Four or more years of experience in a finance arena with a concentration on the billing area of large-scale customer networks. Knowledge of business processes (e.g. ITIL) and the impact thereof on the technical environment.
- A flexible work-attitude, being willing to work at irregular hours when required, but at the same time knowing how to set boundaries and find a healthy work-life balance.
- An understanding and work at a level that goes beyond mere compliance, but keeps in mind the needs of colleagues, customer and company at an integral level and basing decisions on those ethical principles.
- Absolute proficiency in communication at all levels.
