Staff Specialist Shipping Logistics - Manage and work with a team to maintain departmental and company's goals such as delivery performance, quality & costing)

In your new role you will:

- Manage and work with a team to maintain departmental and company's goals (Delivery performance, quality & costing)
- Support & keeping track on integration project
- Plan and manage freight spending according to departmental and company's goals
- Provide relevant data and analysis to the operations team throughout the supply chain
- Facilitate inbound & outbound shipping activities between subcons &distribution Centre(s) activities which includes finish goods receiving.
- Working with transportation/freight forwarder/3rd party warehouse which includes arranging transportation, orchestrate deliveries with little to no delay, co-ordinate receiving activities, tracking, monitoring shipment & steps to ensure shipment quality.
- Manage escalation & supports forwarder/broker/subcon on shipment interruption activities (i.e. damage shipment, freight delays, customs issue, etc.)
- Close collaboration with all cross functional, internal & external parties to develop shipping solution
- Supports custom compliance, import & export control topic (e.g.ensure accurate, ECCN, Harmonized System Description & Country of Origin on subcons shipments)
- Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation
- Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing
- Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of final product according to customer requirements
- Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management
- Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Industrial, Business Management /Supply Chain/ Logistic
- Minimum 1-3 years of Logistics & Freight forwarder management
- Self-driven, committed to lead others, and is also a good team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive and meticulous
- Ability to analyze data and recognize improvement opportunity
- In-depth knowledge on Customs Regulations, especially on bonded logistics
- Able to converse and speak fluent
