**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- To handle logistic matters including import/ export shipments permits declaration and documentations.
- Collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation full set of documents for import and export shipment such as delivery order, delivery note, authorize letter, bill of lading etc.
- Create job order.
- Negotiate LC.
- Monitoring all import / export shipping matters like shipment clearance, departure and arrival to avoid any unnecessary late charges.
- Verify and negotiate material claims amount against customers’ cargo inspection reports.
- Customs declaration of shipments.
- Arrange cargo survey & inspection.
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries to both local and overseas customers.
- Maintain and service customers’ account (both local and overseas).
- File competitive ocean freights and cost control.
- Liaison with shipping lines, shipping agents and freight forwarders for freight related matters.
- Liaison with export operations and warehouse supervisors for delivery related matters.
- Liaison with banks on trade services and shipments related matter.
- Support Logistics Controllers in customer’ requirement and deployments.
- Safekeeping of important customers details, sales and purchase contracts, letter of credit, etc.
- Assist in all other adhoc duties delegated.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in handling import/ export shipment.
- Computer software knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
