Our mission is to ensure interoperability between institutional investors and their pre and post-trade supplier ecosystem. We are developing a platform for insurance companies, pension funds, asset management firms, data providers, fintech, regtech, and other consultants, in partnership with a global technology leader. The overall goal is to provide greater visibility to all industry players, enabling them to make informed investment decisions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data related to financial instruments and investment funds.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Utilize your expertise in financial instruments and investment fund accounting to provide insightful recommendations and solutions.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems or enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial instruments, accounting for investment funds, and data management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments.
- Expertise in investment fund accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Familiarity with data management concepts, including data governance, data quality, and data integration.
- Proficient in using industry-standard tools for data analysis, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Involved in Project kick-off meetings, Sprint Plan meetings, Sprint review meetings, Daily scrum meetings and sprint retrospective meetings along with various consultants, clients and developer.
- Involved in preparing Test scenarios, Test cases, Test result documents for the project.
