Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather requirements analyse finalize and receive formal sign offs from approvers

Translate requirements into Business Requirement Document Functional Requirement Document and Minor Development Document

Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams

Analyze data to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business user community and QA teams

Work collaborate and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post implementation

**Skills**:
Minimum 3 years of Business Data Analysis experience SQL Knowledge is Mandatory

Experience as a Techno Functional Analyst or similar role

Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile Waterfall and Scrum

Good understanding of regulatory guidelines under CCAR Base l II III and other Regulatory Reporting

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Understanding of Retail wholesale banking products Cards Loans Mortgage commercial products

Advanced SQL knowledge Prior experience on Oracle and Sybase is added advantage

Should have knowledge on Data Warehouse Concepts ETL process

Ability to understand explain domain concepts to Developers Testers

Adept at queries report writing and presenting findings
