We are seeking a skilled business analysis professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business requirements and functional solutions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Documenting business requirements and analyzing solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
- Facilitating discussions and workshops to elicit and manage key business needs.
- Working closely with subject matter experts to understand technical requirements.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.
- A proven track record in business analysis and solutioning.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and business process reengineering.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
