Senior Business Analysis Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analysis professional to lead our business change management activities for technology transformations. As a key member of our team, you will interact with stakeholders, solicit requirements, and advise on best practices to drive innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in respective domains, providing in-depth knowledge to stakeholders
- Lead discussions with business stakeholders to analyze as-is business processes and define target operating model requirements
- Collaborate with business and project teams on solutioning, implementation, and post-implementation support
- Develop compelling and innovative solutions while complying with existing standards, guidelines, and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 9 to 13 years of relevant business analysis experience and expertise in core banking implementations.
In-depth knowledge and experience in at least three of the following business subdomains: lending, wealth management, Trade processing, position management, and digital channels.
Demonstrated experience in delivering business analysis and requirements management activities for TEMENOS T24 / Transact solution implementation.
Strong analytical skills, ability to assimilate information quickly, and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders.
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and adaptability to different software development methodologies.
