**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End-to-End Client Onboarding**:

- Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process from initial prospect engagement to account activation.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
- Manage onboarding checklists and track progress to ensure timely completion.
- **KYC / AML Compliance**:

- Collect, review, and verify KYC documentation in accordance with internal policies and jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
- Perform due diligence and risk assessments, escalating high-risk clients to Compliance as needed.
- Maintain accurate and complete client records.
- **Documentation & Account Opening**:

- Review and validate account opening forms and agreements for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all necessary legal and regulatory documentation is in place prior to account opening.
- Coordinate with internal systems teams to ensure accounts are correctly set up.

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, or account opening within a **Private Bank**or **Wealth Management**environment.
- Experience dealing with **HNW/UHNW clients**and complex entity structures (e.g.,trusts, SPVs, corporates).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
- Languages: Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
