
Japanese Sales Director

**Job Description**:
1. Setting and implementation of sales target.
2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth within the Japanese market.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Japanese market.
4. Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve and exceed target revenue.
5. Client relationship & global account management.
6. Preparing regular sales reports to track performance and communicate progress to higher management.
Requirment
1. At least 15 years of management experience in freight transport or logistics industry.
2. Extensive international freight/cargo sales experience, track record and knowledge.
3. Experience in international logistics company in Japan and experience in-charge of Japanese accounts.
4. Good knowledge of NVOCC, Bulk, Roro, ISO Tank and PCC vessel business.
5. Ability to independently and swiftly respond to new or unexpected issues.
6. Outstanding leadership qualities and passion to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholder.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Long term willingness to commit to the group's values and goals.
9. Knowledge of Japanese business culture is highly advantageous.
Remuneration
SGD 200,000 to SGD 210,000 per year
