**Primary Purpose and Function**
Responsible for dealing with customer's needs on automotive related services at our Service front counter, in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction and experience. The positive outcomes from improved customer experience will in turn improve our service turnover and profitability KPIs.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer and attend to customers for PM Service with Repair Order processing
- Support Service Advisors in preparation of Repair quotation to customers
- Process service appointment booking with reprint repair order
- Conduct / collect customer satisfaction survey
- Prepare and dispatch monthly service reminder
- support front office reception (receptionist)
**Competency Requirements**
- Customer Service skills
- MS Office
- Basic Automotive understanding (preferred)
**Qualification**
- Minimum N Level
- Minimum 1 year related administrative or customer service experience
- PC literate
