**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of billing staff ensuring high performance and adherence to billing processes.
- Ensure all billing activities are accurate, timely and compliant with company policies and industry standards.
- To handle outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up with the clients.
- Work closely with the Operation team to ensure all billable services and activities are done properly.
- To ensure all services and operational activities are duly captured for billing purposes.
- To liaise with the Standards and Procedures team to update the Air Cargo Tariffs and Rules (TACT) book to IATA.
- Provide monthly provision of expenditures for contract services and transportation.
- To assist with Finance on recharge invoices of services.
- Prepare and issue Liquidated Damages (LD) documentation in breach of contract.
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, driven and resourceful team player with the ability to multi-task.
- Have prior experience in managing billings and invoices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective team management and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of Finance and accounting is an added advantage.
